Content: With the sudden collapse of a building at Ma Tau Wai Road in To Kwa Wan recently, the concern of Building Safety and Maintenance has been a spot-light topic in the society. In view of providing more details on building safety and the relevant maintenance inspection and potential maintenance works to be carried out; HKIE – SSC (The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers – Safety Specialist Committee) together with CPDC (Construction Professionals' Development Centre) will jointly organize this technical talk.
